We built the agency brick by brick, good person by good person, helping dozens and dozens of young players fulfill their NFL dreams and helping make good players into great NFL players. We did it through treating each player like family. We've had players who are like part of our family on almost every NFL team. Our clients value our services and are loyal examples of the kind of good people we want to help chase down their NFL dreams.

We operate on several core principles:

First and foremost, we recruit good people whose future we are happy to invest in and with whom we feel comfortable representing our company. Rich Sports does not do a volume business. We take no more than 6 rookie clients each year and do not represent 2 rookie players at the same position in a year. This ensures that our players each receive the maximum amount of exposure and attention.

We have laid a great foundation for future success with hard work, good people and a great plan. We are looking for good people like you to further build on our success.
